1. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
2. Public holidays and courier non-working days are not counted as processing or delivery days.
3. For products that are temporarily out of stock or require additional time for sourcing or preparation, the dispatch time may be extended. The expected dispatch time will be clearly mentioned in the product description and/or on our Instagram page.
4. Once your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you whenever available.
5. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
6. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Sahana Sarees.
7. Customers are requested to provide a correct and complete delivery address and contact number while placing the order.
